About

With over 12 years of experience, Mohammed Khan is a seasoned mental health professional, specialising in a wide range of psychological presentations, including anxiety, depression, recurrent depression, low mood, phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), social anxiety, interpersonal difficulties and attachment-related challenges. He has consistently achieved a remarkable recovery rate of over 85% in mild to moderate cases, demonstrating his commitment to empowering clients to navigate their difficulties by breaking them down into manageable and actionable steps. 

For the past decade, Mohammed has held senior positions within improving access to psychological therapies (IAPT) and NHS services, serving as senior clinician and clinical lead. His extensive expertise spans diverse mental health conditions, enabling him to offer evidence-based, client-centred care that prioritises both immediate concerns and ongoing wellbeing. 

Mohammed adopts a compassionate and collaborative approach, working with clients to set specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART) goals that address present concerns.
