Nadeem is a dedicated and compassionate therapist who supports individuals in navigating personal and circumstantial challenges to create meaningful, lasting change.
He provides one-to-one therapy using evidence-based approaches to address a range of mental health difficulties, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma (including post-traumatic stress disorder) and mood disorders.
He recognises that each person’s experience is unique and works collaboratively to create a safe, non-judgemental space where thoughts and emotions can be explored openly.
His approach focuses on helping individuals develop greater self-awareness, resilience and effective coping strategies to support long-term wellbeing.
Position at Priory
Nadeem currently works as a cognitive behavioural therapist (CBT) at Priory, a role he has held since May 2024. In this setting, he delivers structured, evidence-based interventions within a clinical environment, supporting individuals with complex mental health needs.
He started this work in 2018, working across diverse settings, supporting individuals with complex mental health difficulties and substance misuse.
Training
Nadeem is an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) with extensive experience working therapeutically with a wide range of presentations.
He is trained in a variety of modalities, including CBT, person-centred counselling, hypnotherapy and neuro linguistic programming (NLP).

Transcultural adaption of CBT and ways of working with dual diagnosis.
