I provide a compassionate, non-judgemental approach to give clients space to be heard. I will often formulate with the client to understand their concerns and work in an integrative way, using a combination of approaches I’ve been trained in, to provide assistance towards goals. Therapy is not a one size fits all approach so I will give the client autonomy in deciding how they wish to deal with their current issues.
