Natasha Carr-Rouse

Natasha is an integrative therapist at Priory Hospital Bristol. Natasha provides therapy on a (1:1) basis, as well as leads weekly mindfulness-based cognitive behavioural therapy (MBCT), mindfulness and supportive psychotherapy groups.

Since then, she has completed a Certificate in ‘Third Wave CBT’ (acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion focused therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT)) via SDS training.

She also completed a Diploma in Antenatal Education with the University of Worcester in 2012.

Patient feedback

I can’t explain how much value I have taken from Natasha’s one-to-one mindfulness – she has been amazing and has truly helped me to change my life…she has just been fabulous. Thank you. - Former day care patient

I am an integrative therapist using the ‘core self’ model, a humanistic/person-centred approach. I work with a range of issues and have a particular interest in life transitions. I incorporate insights from a range of theoretical models, including: third wave cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), transactional analysis, and transition theory. I work alongside my clients in a mutual stance, seeking to facilitate their self-exploration and enable them to move towards integration and wholeness in a non-directive way.
