I am an integrative therapist using the ‘core self’ model, a humanistic/person-centred approach. I work with a range of issues and have a particular interest in life transitions. I incorporate insights from a range of theoretical models, including: third wave cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), transactional analysis, and transition theory. I work alongside my clients in a mutual stance, seeking to facilitate their self-exploration and enable them to move towards integration and wholeness in a non-directive way.
Natasha is an integrative therapist at Priory Hospital Bristol. Natasha provides therapy on a (1:1) basis, as well as leads weekly mindfulness-based cognitive behavioural therapy (MBCT), mindfulness and supportive psychotherapy groups.
Prior to working at Priory, Natasha worked with clients at Network Counselling in Bristol.
Natasha completed her Certificate in Integrative Counselling in 2014 and graduated from her British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) accredited Diploma in Integrative Counselling in 2017, (with Network Counselling and Training, Bristol). Since then, she has completed a Certificate in ‘Third Wave CBT’ (acceptance and commitment therapy, compassion focused therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT)) via SDS training.
She also completed a Diploma in Antenatal Education with the University of Worcester in 2012.
