As a qualified integrative therapist, I work under the therapy team. As part of my role, I work in group and one-to-one settings on both the general psychiatric and addiction wards. I deliver a person-centred approach to help reach your full potential whilst providing honesty, transparency and empathy. I provide cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) elements, where we look at your thoughts, feelings and behaviours to assist unhelpful thinking styles and work towards your goals. At the same time, I am a registered yoga instructor where I am able to guide you to practise mindfulness exercises to regulate the nervous system and somatic work to embody self-compassion.
