Nic Perrins

Accredited Psychotherapist and Accredited DBT Practitioner

About

Nic Perrins is a dual-accredited psychotherapist, formally trained and accredited in both humanistic and behavioural approaches to psychotherapy. He is an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP Accred) and an accredited member of the Society for Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (MSfDBT Accred).

His approach to therapy is integrative and tailored, shaped by this dual training and accreditation. Working from a position of depth rather than isolated techniques, he is able to move flexibly between relational, exploratory work and more structured, skills-based behavioural approaches, depending on what is most clinically appropriate.

This allows therapy to be reflective and relational where needed, and more practical and structured where emotional regulation, behavioural patterns, or stability are central to the work.
