About
Nikita is a trained integrative therapist and an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She provides confidential counselling within a safe, supportive and thoughtfully held environment, where clients are encouraged to engage in an interactive and creative therapeutic process. Her work is grounded in a person-centred ethos, enabling individuals to explore and make sense of complex or challenging experiences at a pace that feels right for them.
Central to Nikita’s practice is the belief that a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship forms the foundation for meaningful and lasting change. Her integrative approach draws upon a range of modalities, including humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and compassion-focused approaches. This flexibility allows her to tailor her work to the unique needs and experiences of each individual.
Nikita has worked with a broad range of mental health difficulties across diverse settings. She began her clinical career at Headway – Brain Injury Rehabilitation, supporting individuals experiencing complex trauma and the psychological impact of acquired brain injury (ABI). She later worked as a school counsellor, supporting vulnerable young people, before providing therapeutic services within the Metropolitan Police.
She brings both professionalism and compassion to her work and is committed to supporting individuals in improving their mental health and overall wellbeing.
