Pall Jonsson

Pall Jonsson, based at Priory Wellbeing Centre Canterbury, is an addictions counsellor, Hypno-CBT therapist and EMDR and NLP practitioner, with 18 years’ experience working in mental health.

As a recovering alcoholic, Pall blends personal and professional experiences to help people to recover.

Pall is really wonderful at building rapport with clients, finding solutions and guiding people to not only recover but to live healthy and fulfilling lives. Pall’s creative genius, care and wisdom are beautifully crafted into every session he holds.

It's only now, as I end treatment, that I realise what a difference Pall has made to my life. His expertise, patience & kindness (... & wicked sense of humour!) has finally helped me to deal with my past & actually look forward to a future.

Pall's warm & welcoming demeanour made me feel at ease immediately, and the weekly sessions were very much at my own pace - I never felt rushed or pushed. I really appreciated that he shared some of his own experiences with me, as it certainly helped to build trust - which is so important when you are talking about such personal issues that have been buried for such a long time. I recognise now the much needed structure that has been implemented in my life over the course of the past year & how it is integral to my future.
