Pamela Roberts
Addictions Programme Manager

Pamela Roberts

Pamela has worked at Priory Hospital Woking since 2009 and was appointed the addiction programme manager in 2014. Her role involves managing the team and the continuous development of the programme. Pamela meets with people who are considering treatment, and during their stay she works with the patients in the therapy groups, individual sessions and family sessions. Pamela’s role is both managerial and therapeutic; she reports to the therapy services manager and hospital director and is an active member of the addictions clinical network team.

Pamela is an accredited member of the Federation of Drug and Alcohol Professionals and is a member of the British Psychology Society.

I have been practising as a therapist for over 14 years, working in both group therapy environments and providing one-to-one therapy. I specialise in addictions and trauma, and over the years I have integrated a range of approaches (client-centred, relational, group conflict and resolution, psychotherapy, systemic/family), enabling me to draw from a variety of ideas and practices and to tailor the therapy to the specific needs of each individual client.
