Paulina Gjetnes

Psychotherapist

About

Paulina Gjetnes is a UKCP-registered gestalt psychotherapist working with individuals, couples, and groups.

Her approach is relational, experiential, and grounded in working with entrenched emotional and relational patterns. She focuses on how these patterns develop and how they continue to shape present experience, particularly in the context of attachment and close relationships.

Alongside gestalt psychotherapy, she integrates schema therapy and psychosexual and relationship therapy. Her work is somatic, trauma-informed, and neurodivergence-affirmative, supporting clients to develop greater awareness, resilience, and flexibility in how they relate to themselves and others.

Paulina is also a specialist group therapist, with a particular interest in relational processes within group settings.
