About
From 2004, I have helped people suffering from a range of personal mental and physical health issues and obstacles to undergo positive transformations through impactful therapy sessions, based on cognitive science.
As a British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) accredited psychotherapist, I am committed to working collaboratively with clients to explore the links between behaviour, beliefs and sense of identity, and how these links may create a sense of disconnect in health, both physical and mental.
Through our sessions, we will work together to create new habits, which will carve new paths towards improving your authentic sense of self. I will help you discover new paths to ameliorate difficult thought processes, foster emotional resilience and create new options for habits and behaviours.
This has been my field of work since 2004, working both for the NHS and as an independent practitioner. Such that I now work independently and remotely to service the needs of the organisation and clients.
Position at Priory
I have been an associate cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) therapist for Priory since March 2024 and continue to work as an associate on a sessional basis.
