Rebecca's approach is integrative, which means she draws on various therapeutic modalities to provide tailored support to both adults and children.
Accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), her practice is trauma-informed and grounded in a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health. Rebecca’s extensive experience includes providing critical incident debriefing and delivering specialised training in mental health and trauma to front line emergency services personnel.
In addition to her hands-on work with clients, Rebecca is committed to shaping the future of the profession as a lecturer, imparting her knowledge to counselling students on Level 4 and 5 courses.
Her dedication to fostering a nurturing therapeutic environment extends beyond her professional life. Rebecca operates a private practice that is both supported by and benefits from the presence of over 13 rescue animals, each contributing to a unique and healing atmosphere for her clients.
