Reka is an integrative therapist registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and accredited by the Addiction Professionals (AP). Her training draws on multiple approaches, including humanistic, psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), metacognitive therapy (MCT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), and mindfulness. This integrative foundation allows her to tailor therapy to the patients' unique needs and experiences.
She works with individuals facing challenges related to common mental health problems such as anxiety, addiction, trauma, ADHD and relationship struggles. She has a particular interest in men's mental health and often works with gay men experiencing chemsex and identity issues. She offers a space that's compassionate, affirming, and grounded.
She has supported patients in various settings, including the third sector and a 12-step addiction recovery day programme.
Position at Priory
Reka joined Priory Hospital Roehampton in 2025, and she is supporting inpatients and outpatients with common mental health problems and addiction through one-to-one and group interventions.
Aaron has worked in mental health for over 10 years in numerous settings, both within the NHS and in the private sector.
