I offer a safe space to look at what is going on in your life. You may wish to make changes around a specific issue or relationship, or to understand yourself better. I bring warmth and curiosity to my work. I have worked with students, pregnant women, mums, men, the elderly, through counselling, volunteering and teaching yoga and meditation. I have lived in Spain, Saudi Arabia and India and used to work in the corporate world in London, including the BBC. All of this helps my understanding of clients. I have a particular interest in working with OCD and health anxiety.
