As a therapist I work in a relaxed and friendly manner with the hope to build an easy relationship between myself and my client from the very beginning.

I am an optimistic and enthusiastic therapist and always work towards helping the client search for a more positive and productive conclusion in their lives. I am comfortable working with adults, young adults and adolescents.

During my time as a counsellor, I have gained experience in helping clients who have anxiety, low confidence/self-worth, low mood, depression, confused emotions, grief and feelings of loss.

As an integrative therapist, I am able to work from different modalities which leave me free to tailor the counselling sessions to best fit the client’s needs and personality.
