About
Sanchari is the clinical lead for adult therapy services at Priory Hospital Hayes Grove, providing strategic and clinical leadership across a range of specialist psychological therapies. In addition, Sanchari leads the dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT) outpatient service, with responsibility for programme development, clinical governance and the delivery of safe, effective and evidence-based care for people with complex emotional and relational needs. Close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams ensures a cohesive, person-centred approach, while supporting ongoing service development and improvement. Sanchari is also the deputy safeguarding lead at Priory Hospital Hayes Grove.
Sanchari is an accredited integrative psychotherapist and clinical supervisor, with extensive experience supporting adults across diverse clinical settings. A strong commitment underpins the creation of a therapeutic environment that's both clinically robust and deeply compassionate, where individuals feel heard, respected and supported to explore the challenges they're facing.
Sanchari's clinical practice is informed by specialist training in DBT, trauma-informed approaches and the treatment of complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD). Her work includes a wide range of presentations, including emotionally unstable personality disorder (EUPD), anxiety, CPTSD, depression, bereavement, eating disorders and interpersonal difficulties. In addition, she provides clinical supervision, supporting fellow professionals in development, reflective practice and overall wellbeing.
Training
Sanchari has an undergraduate degree in Life Sciences and a Masters in Chemistry. She has a Diploma in Counselling and Integrative Psychotherapy and has professional training in the area of trauma, attachment and domestic abuse.
