Sarah-Jane Otoo
Integrative (Psycho) Therapist/Addictions Therapist

Sarah-Jane Otoo

Sarah-Jane joined the specialist private ward, The Manor, at Priory Hospital Woodbourne, in August 2017. Since joining the team she has been providing individual and group psychotherapy as well as psycho-educational workshops.

In December 2017, Sarah-Jane became a part of the process of developing and implementing the Addictions Treatment Programme at the Manor. She utilises the principles of the 12-step Programme, psychotherapy groups and psychoeducational groups when working with addictions patients, to support complete abstinence from drugs, alcohol and any other addictive behaviours, in order for patients to enjoy a life in recovery.

Sarah-Jane graduated from Staffordshire University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree. She then began her training in integrative psychotherapy in 2012 which was completed in 2016. She is now working towards completing her Masters in Science.

It is important to me that each individual that I work with gains a deeper level of understanding and awareness of themselves. I work alongside each individual or couple that enters my treatment room to support them through the challenges and difficulties that they are currently facing.

Through exploration, compassion and curiosity, I work to facilitate meaningful change for everyone who seeks my support.
