I have been working as a therapist for over 10 years and have extensive experience of working with adults and teenagers experiencing depression and anxiety, in short and long-term therapy. I have worked with teenagers in school settings and adults in both private practice and  BACP accredited organisations in Birmingham and Sandwell.

I offer my patients the chance to explore their emotions in a safe, neutral and non-judgemental manner. I take an integrative approach to my work, incorporating both past and present experiences. I also incorporate up-to-date neuroscience research into my work and can work directly with the nervous system where appropriate, to bring about improved regulation.
