About
I am a qualified integrative therapist with nine years’ experience working with adults, children, and young people across a range of sectors, including private practice, education, and the charity sector. My most recent work has focused on supporting children and young people within a hospice setting, providing bereavement counselling, and working with parents to help them support their child’s mental wellbeing through psychoeducation around bereavement and mental health.
My approach integrates person-centred and humanistic therapy with cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), transactional analysis, and creative and play-based techniques. I have experience supporting individuals with a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, bereavement, depression, relationship difficulties, identity issues, and low self-esteem. Sessions may include talking therapy, creative approaches, and play.
At the core of my practice is the belief that each individual is the expert in their own life and has the capacity to make positive change when provided with the right support, tools, and environment. I therefore tailor my approach to each client and their unique goals.
