Working predominantly with our adult inpatient therapy department, Shereen is highly skilled at providing brief, solution-focused therapy with a personal feel. She helps you to address issues that may be contributing to depressive episodes and anxiety by providing concrete and specific tools that you can begin using straight away. She specialises in guiding groups and individuals on how to achieve healthy interpersonal communication whether at home or in professional life.
She employs a bespoke approach to treatment using cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, or other modalities depending on your needs.
