Tilly Kelly Loughnane

Integrative Therapist

About

As an integrative therapist, Tilly can provide a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions and experiences at their own pace. Tilly believes that every individual is unique and works collaboratively with clients to help them develop greater self-awareness, resilience and understanding, supporting meaningful and lasting change.

Tilly's approach is both integrative and trauma-informed, with gestalt therapy forming her core modality. She also draws upon person-centred principles, tailoring therapy to meet the unique needs of each client while placing the therapeutic relationship at the heart of her work.

In addition to gestalt therapy, she integrates mindfulness practices, somatic approaches, internal family systems (IFS), attachment theory, self-compassion focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and transactional analysis. This flexible approach enables her to support clients in understanding patterns of behaviour, improving emotional regulation and developing healthier relationships with themselves and others.

Tilly works with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, low self esteem, relationship difficulties, stress, bereavement, life transitions, emotional wellbeing and personal development. Her aim is to empower clients to reconnect with their strengths, gain deeper insight and move towards a more fulfilling and authentic life.
