About
Tina offers therapy sessions remotely via Zoom or telephone, providing flexible and accessible support wherever clients are based.
She is a compassionate and highly skilled integrative cognitive behavioural therapist with over 17 years’ experience across hospital and community mental health settings. Tina combines evidence-based cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) with a range of integrative approaches, tailoring treatment to meet each client’s individual needs.
Alongside her CBT training, Tina is a qualified eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) therapist. This evidence-based method enables her to support clients in safely processing trauma, distressing memories and long-standing emotional difficulties.
Tina has worked with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma and stress-related conditions. Her varied clinical background has given her a strong understanding of complex presentations and reinforced her belief in the value of a collaborative, person-centred approach.
She provides a safe, non-judgemental environment where clients feel heard, empowered and engaged in their therapeutic journey. Drawing on techniques such as mindfulness, compassion-focused therapy, schema work and EMDR, Tina supports clients in achieving meaningful and sustainable change.
Her extensive NHS and community experience also underpins her expertise in trauma-informed care and multidisciplinary practice. Committed to ongoing professional development, Tina upholds the highest standards of ethical and clinical care.
