I am a Psychotherapist and psychologist specialising in work related difficulties. My way of thinking and approaching therapy is rooted in positive psychology. I like to take a proactive approach to therapy and, as well as focusing on the difficulties, I also like to focus on personal strengths and resilience in helping clients overcome their problems.

I draw on a wide range of differing approaches including, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and compassion-focused mindfulness, as well as drawing on Gestalt and solution-focused techniques. My aim is to help you build an awareness of yourself and connect with the things you value, at the same time as helping you change your relationship with the painful experiences that show up throughout our life.
