“I provide a safe and supportive space for exploring issues which may be negatively impacting your life, whether they be rooted in the past or happening in the present. Warmth and empathy are at the heart of my practice. My aim is to attentively meet you wherever you are in your process and to avoid assumptions. Our work together will be collaborative in finding solutions. I will share my skills and knowledge of psychological theory and evidence-based practice to support this process.”
