About
I am a fully qualified integrative psychotherapist and an accredited registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I abide by their ethical framework, which ensures you will receive professional and safe therapy.
My therapeutic approach is integrative. Working with an integrative approach enables me to use different models, which can be unique to each individual client in order to support them in a way that’s best for them. This could include compassion-focused therapy (CFT), focusing on the inner critic and feelings of shame or low self-worth, or the psychodynamic approach where patterns and connections to the past are identified and explored to enable meaningful and sustainable change. Regardless of the approaches drawn upon, each client will be offered a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space to explore their own feelings and to be supported on their personal journey and healing process.
Above all else, I can offer you a warm and welcoming presence to enable an environment which makes you feel comfortable to talk.
