About

I am a fully qualified integrative psychotherapist/counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I abide by their ethical framework, which ensures you will receive professional and safe therapy.

My therapeutic approach is integrative therapeutic counselling. Working with an integrative approach enables me to use different models, which can be unique to each individual client in order to support them in a way which is best for them. Whether that be the person-centred approach of listening and empathising or whether that be the psychodynamic approach where patterns and connections to the past are identified and explored. Regardless of the approaches drawn upon, each client will be offered a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space to explore their own feelings and to be supported on their personal journey and healing process.

Above all else, I can offer you a warm and welcoming presence to enable an environment which makes you feel comfortable to talk.
