Solihull is a 31-bedded high dependency rehabilitation service for males requiring a positive environment to stabilise the symptoms of mental illness. We also provide a community focused rehabilitation ward and this care pathway helps patients to develop positive self-management and independent skills for a successful discharge into the community.
Conquest House in Farcet, Peterborough offers residential support for 15 males and females with a primary learning disability diagnosis, who may also be on the autism spectrum.
Beechley Drive is located in Fairwater, near Cardiff. Our home offers residential support for eight males and females with mental health needs, with full multidisciplinary team (MDT) input.
