Priory Hospital Newbury is a high dependency rehabilitation service for males working towards a life back in the community. This is supported by a community focused rehabilitation service, offering a robust care pathway that promotes independence and reduced lengths of stay.

Manor Field is located in Weldon, Northamptonshire. It offers residential support for five males and females, who have a primary learning disability diagnosis, who may also be autistic.

Nelson House is a 30-bedded high dependency rehabilitation unit for males presenting with mental illnesses and complex needs, that are often accompanied by challenging behaviours. We also provide community focused rehabilitation services within the care pathway.

Lansdowne Road is located in Aylestone, Leicester, and offers residential support for 26 males and females with a learning disability.

This service supports adults with enduring mental health conditions who require nurse-led support within a safe, therapeutic, and homely environment.

Mar Lodge, located in Melton Mowbray in Leicestershire, is a residential home which supports seven males and females with a primary learning disability diagnosis.

Halifax Drive is located in Leicester. It offers residential support for 33 males and females who have a learning disability, who may also be autistic.

Solihull is a 31-bedded high dependency rehabilitation service for males requiring a positive environment to stabilise the symptoms of mental illness. We also provide a community focused rehabilitation ward and this care pathway helps patients to develop positive self-management and independent skills for a successful discharge into the community.
