Supports autistic people and people with a learning disability in Hull

Lombard House is a specialist learning disability rehabilitation service for males with a history of offending behaviour and other conditions including autistic spectrum disorders (ASDs), personality disorders and mental illnesses.

The Vines is located in Crowborough, East Sussex. It offers residential support for 12 males and females with an acquired brain injury (ABI), traumatic brain injury (TBI) and progressive neurological conditions (PNCs).

Combs Court is a residential service in Stowmarket, Suffolk. The home supports up to 29 adult males and females with a primary learning disability diagnosis.

Priory Hospital Norwich provides care for adults aged 18 years and over who are in an acute mental health illness.

Sapphire House is located in Maidstone, Kent. The home supports six autistic males and females, who may also have mental health needs, including obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).

Priory Elm Park, in Essex, is a specialist neurobehavioural rehabilitation service for assessing, treating and discharging people with complex neurological needs following an acquired brain injury (ABI).

The Oaks and Woodcroft is located in Mattishall, Norfolk. It offers residential support for 12 males and females with a primary learning disability diagnosis.

The Croft is located in Diss, in Norfolk. The home offers residential support for eight males and females who have a learning disability.

Oak House is a residential service set back off the main road into Diss, Norfolk. We support up to six adults who are on the autism spectrum, and may have complex needs.

Burston House provides low secure care and specialised treatment for adults aged 18 years and older with a learning disability. Patients may also have other associated conditions including personality disorders, mental illnesses and autistic spectrum disorders (ASDs).
