Oak House is a residential service set back off the main road into Diss, Norfolk. We support up to six adults who are on the autism spectrum, and may have complex needs.

At Priory Wellbeing Centre Southampton, we are able to provide flexible and convenient outpatient treatment for a range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, stress and addictions, as well as offering a dedicated young people’s service.

Burston House provides low secure care and specialised treatment for adults aged 18 years and older with a learning disability. Patients may also have other associated conditions including personality disorders, mental illnesses and autistic spectrum disorders (ASDs).

Brooke House, Southampton offers 24-hour specialist residential support for nine males and females who are autistic or have a learning disability.

The Lodge is located in Highbridge, Somerset. The home offers residential support for 12 males and females who are autistic or have mental health needs.

Priory Elm Park, in Essex, is a specialist neurobehavioural rehabilitation service for assessing, treating and discharging people with complex neurological needs following an acquired brain injury (ABI).

Set within beautiful landscaped gardens, Priory Hospital Southampton’s tranquil environment offers therapeutic and recovery-focused residential treatment for those suffering from a number of mental health conditions.

Hill House is located in Pulham St Mary, near Diss, Norfolk. The service offers residential support for seven males and females with a primary learning disability diagnosis.

Richmond House is a specialist learning disability rehabilitation unit which provides eight beds for females with a history of offending/challenging behaviour, who have learning disabilities and other conditions including autistic spectrum disorders (ASDs), personality disorders and mental illnesses.

Nelson House is a 30-bedded high dependency rehabilitation unit for males presenting with mental illnesses and complex needs, that are often accompanied by challenging behaviours. We also provide community focused rehabilitation services within the care pathway.

Sapphire House is located in Maidstone, Kent. The home supports six autistic males and females, who may also have mental health needs, including obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD).

Priory Hospital Burgess Hill provides critical/psychiatric acute care for males with complex mental illnesses.
