Priory Group is delighted to publish its gender pay gap report. The gender pay gap is the percentage difference between average hourly earnings for men and women. Across the UK economy, there are many reasons for the gap including, for example, the way society values different skill levels or types of work.
Our report outlines the progress made to reduce our gender pay gap and we will continue to work hard to minimise this across the Priory Group in the future.
