George arrived at The Cedars having suffered a huge amount of serious trauma from his previous care home. The staff at The Cedars were amazing right from the start, and have worked with our son and turned him around. They have helped to manage his needs, even when he had high demands, and have helped to reduce incidents substantially.
Our son has gone from not being able to leave the house, to being able to leave and get involved in daily social activities, safely going out in public, taking the bus and walking around Gloucester, cycling, going to discos and coffee mornings, bowling and going to charity shops.

Located in Kingsholm, near to the centre of Gloucester, The Cedars provides residential support for up to nine males and females with a learning disability. We can also support people who:
✔ Are on the autism spectrum
✔ Present mild to moderate behaviours that challenge
✔ Have difficulties with communication
✔ Have epilepsy
