Supporting Matthew to achieve his goal

Achieving Matthew's goal required months of planning and teamwork. Having never travelled outside the UK before, obtaining a passport presented a number of challenges. Through determination, creativity, and collaborative working, the team successfully overcame these obstacles, and after a year of perseverance, Matthew’s passport finally arrived.

Holiday planning

With the passport secured, the real holiday planning could begin. Matthew was involved in every step of the process, ensuring the trip was tailored entirely to his wishes. He carefully selected his holiday apartment, making sure it included a hot tub, chose where he wanted to sit on the plane, and enjoyed shopping for new clothes and a large suitcase in preparation for the trip. As the departure date approached, his anticipation and excitement continued to grow.

A dream to reality

Matthew's long-awaited journey finally became a reality. Filled with excitement, he laughed all the way to the airport and embraced every moment of the experience. During his holiday, he enjoyed a variety of activities and experiences, including treats on the plane, breakfast on the balcony each morning, relaxing days on the beach, visits to the aquarium, train rides, walks around the harbour and even enjoying a piña colada.

There were smiles, laughter, and special moments throughout the trip, creating memories that Matthew will treasure for years to come. Matthew's holiday was a tremendous success, and he returned home with treasured memories and a renewed sense of confidence. He enjoyed the experience so much that he is already looking forward to his next trip to Spain.
