About this location

Situated in the affluent borough of Richmond, in London’s South West, Priory Hospital Roehampton's private adolescent inpatient service, Richmond Court, delivers specialist inpatient treatment for young people who are experiencing mental health problems.

At Richmond Court, we provide evidence-based support for young people from the age of 12 to 17, in an age-appropriate environment. Our adolescent inpatient service is situated in a newly refurbished area of the hospital and comprises six single occupancy bedrooms, each with en-suite facilities, along with welcoming and comfortable living areas.

Flexible London-based mental health treatment for young people

We are able to treat our young patients using a broad range of established therapeutic techniques. The mental health therapy that's delivered to each young person in our care is personalised according to their unique condition, needs and requirements, as part of their treatment experience.

Our adolescent inpatient service has been specifically designed for young people in London who may be showing symptoms of mental health difficulties such as:

At Roehampton, our clinical experts have extensive experience in delivering a range of therapy types, which are offered to young people on an individual basis or as part of a group therapy programme. Individual therapy can be face-to-face or can take place remotely via an online digital platform.

  • Personal development sessions which may focus on career advice, or social and emotional skills, are incorporated into schooling through group sessions
