Our services

Our treatment specialists at Birmingham have experience in using a variety of therapeutic techniques, helping you to address your mental health challenges, improve your health and wellbeing, and achieve a strong and lasting recovery.

All treatment packages are individually tailored according to your unique requirements, allowing us to deliver personalised treatment and foster the most positive outcomes for you as an individual. If you need more intensive or specialist support, we have close clinical links with Priory Hospital Woodbourne, which is located just 15 minutes away, and Priory Hospital Barnt Green, located in south west Birmingham, meaning that we can facilitate a seamless transition to inpatient care, if this is needed.

If you think that you or someone you know may be struggling with an addiction or other mental health problem, it's important to understand that you don’t have to suffer alone; effective, professional treatment is available, and the most crucial first step is to seek support. Unfortunately, without timely, expert treatment, these complex conditions have the potential to get worse over time, and have a negative impact on your physical, psychological and emotional health.

At Priory Wellbeing Centre Birmingham, our specialists are dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient treatment, within a highly therapeutic and supportive environment. We can help you to overcome your mental health difficulties, and take steps towards the healthy, productive and fulfilling life you deserve.

Eating disorders can be debilitating and can have a negative impact on all areas of your life, as well as causing a range of long-term physical and psychological problems. However, it’s important to recognise that you don’t have to struggle with an eating disorder; specialist treatment and therapy is available, and the quicker you get help, the more likely you are to beat your eating disorder and return to a healthy, fulfilling, and positive way of life.

Our highly qualified team are able to deliver evidence-based treatment for the following eating disorders, on a flexible, outpatient basis:

  • Anorexia nervosa
  • Bulimia nervosa
  • Binge eating disorder (BED)
  • Other specified feeding or eating disorders (OSFED), which may also be known as ‘eating disorders not otherwise specified (EDNOS)’
