Victoria House is a residential service based in Farnborough, Hampshire which provides slower stream rehabilitation for adults with long-term neurological conditions, traumatic or acquired brain injury through medium or long-term placements.
We provide a secure and homely setting which is ideal in supporting individuals to become as independent as possible and is close enough to the local community to offer educational, vocational and employment opportunities.
Our unique range of accommodation at Victoria House gives individuals the opportunity to explore more independent living options from en suite rooms to studios or specially designed apartments with the benefit of full back-up and support on-site if needed.

About our service
Our facilities and environment
Victoria House is a spacious residential service located in Farnborough, Hampshire. Accommodation is spread across the ground and first floors, with lift access throughout. The service offers 13 single-occupancy en-suite bedrooms, 4 studio flats, and 5 self-contained apartments, providing a range of options to suit individual needs and levels of independence.

Our approach to support
Everybody who lives at Victoria House has their own person-centred rehabilitation plan, which is co-produced with input from the individual, their family and the professionals involved in their care.
Our aim is to help each person make choices about the support they receive and to encourage them to become as independent as possible. This may include support with social integration, daily living skills, and accessing education, vocational opportunities or employment in the community.
We offer a range of support in-house, including:
- Physiotherapy
- Occupational therapy
- Full-time rehabilitation assistants
We also work closely with external community services to provide access to additional professionals, such as:
- Speech and language therapists
- Neuropsychologists
Placements at Victoria House can be medium or long-term, depending on individual requirements, and we provide a secure yet homely environment to support people in achieving greater independence and a better quality of life.
Activities
Everyone who lives at Victoria House has their own personalised activity plan and is encouraged to take part in activities that are meaningful and fulfilling to them. Our dedicated team organises a variety of activities within the service, as well as opportunities to access the local community.

At Victoria House, we support individuals who may be stepping down from more intensive rehabilitation settings, offering medium to long-term placements in a safe, homely environment with the right balance of independence and on-site support.
Through our network of healthcare, residential and supported living facilities, we provide unique care pathways which help people to progress towards greater independence. Each individual we support has a bespoke pathway plan tailored to their needs, with the aim of supporting them to live a fulfilling and active life in the community.
