The therapy that we offer at Wimbledon Park clinic can be delivered either face-to-face or through online therapy. We offer a wide range of tried and tested therapy techniques, including:

Our recently refurbished clinic, complete with private consulting rooms and a welcoming atmosphere, provides the perfect setting to overcome your mental health problems and start your road to recovery.
In addition, Wimbledon Park Clinic will be offering a variety of specialist outpatient group programmes to treat specific diagnoses. The first of these is a social anxiety group, which consists of a 2-hour session, once a week for 12 weeks. This will be delivered in a closed group setting, using a CBT-informed approach. Other groups that will follow the same structure include programmes for health anxiety, generalised anxiety and depression.
Clients will be offered a free assessment to determine whether our group programme is a suitable option for them. If it is suitable, you'll be offered a start date at the next intake.
