MEDIAN integrates Hestia Alliance to expand its leading model of rehabilitation to Spain

MEDIAN is pleased to announce the integration of Hestia Alliance, a high-quality post-acute and mental health care provider in Spain. This integration will enable patients in a third European country to benefit from MEDIAN’s approach to quality improvement, and digitally-enabled aftercare beyond hospital.
Hestia Alliance was founded 30 years ago and has an excellent reputation for delivering person-centred treatment. Its specialities include socio-sanitary and mental health services, delivered at 14 centres across the regions of Catalonia, Madrid, Galicia and the Balearic Islands.

To secure the financing for the transaction, MEDIAN Group shareholders injected new equity.
