Priory, part of MEDIAN Group, has appointed Jim Lee as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the UK, effective from 21 September 2026.
Jim joined Priory in 2011 and has served as UK Finance Director since 2021, with responsibility for the organisation’s finances across the UK and a key conduit for financial reporting and planning between Priory and MEDIAN.
During his 15 years with Priory, he has held a number of senior finance roles, initially joining as Group Tax Director, and has played an important part in strengthening financial performance, supporting operational delivery and contributing to the organisation’s wider strategic priorities.
Before joining Priory, Jim spent more than 10 years with Deloitte, where he qualified as a chartered accountant and chartered tax adviser and specialised in corporate tax and transaction support, including work within the healthcare sector.
Jim has made an outstanding contribution to Priory over many years and I am delighted that he has been appointed as our new UK Chief Financial Officer."

Priory is the largest independent provider of mental health, addiction and working-age adult social care services in the UK, supporting 23,000 people a year across 270 sites.
