East Midlands’ Recovery College is facilitated by our occupational therapy team. Sessions are facilitated by technical instructors, Donna and Amanda, with support from occupational therapist, Jade. We also have input from other members of the multidisciplinary team for some sessions.

We encourage all sessions to be patient-led, allowing patients to collaborate with staff and highlight their skills.
