• Following the healthy living group, feedback received was that participants had a much clearer idea of daily nutrition and portion sizes
• Participants reported that they liked the group settings and the fact that the sessions were interactive and informal including activities such as quizzes, idea sharing, support groups, and learning new information
• Patients reported that they felt more focused after attending the groups
