The Vines is located in Crowborough, East Sussex. It offers residential support for 12 males and females with an acquired brain injury (ABI), traumatic brain injury (TBI) and progressive neurological conditions (PNCs).

Mildmay Oaks, Hampshre is a low secure and specialist learning disability rehabilitation service for males and females who may also have an autistic spectrum disorder (ASD).

Nelson House is a 30-bedded high dependency rehabilitation unit for males presenting with mental illnesses and complex needs, that are often accompanied by challenging behaviours. We also provide community focused rehabilitation services within the care pathway.

Evergreen Lodge is located in South Croydon, in Croydon. The home offers residential support for 12 males with mental health needs.
