Mental Health Promotion Resources
In this section, you can access a range of resources that are used across Priory Recovery Colleges. These range from holistic and complementary therapeutic approaches, such as mediation and relaxation, workshops that focus on managing key emotions, such as stress, anger and promoting self-esteem, as well as problem solving, and physical health interventions.
All of these resources are used in order to promote positive mental health amongst our Recovery College participants, to aid their recovery.
