TREATMENT CARE PROGRAMMES
We provide a range of treatment programmes to support our clients’ recovery in the most comfortable and effective way possible.
Our therapies are backed by scientific evidence and research, and chosen because they are the most effective ways to treat issues surrounding addictions, eating disorders and other mental health issues.
Our quality treatment programme not only facilitates a faster healing process, but it also ensures our clients are better prepared to start their recovery.
A typical day at The Cottage
A typical day at The Cottage begins with waking up and having breakfast, before starting a structured programme of intensive therapy tailored to your needs.
Each day is carefully planned to support the difficulties you're experiencing, with a focus on helping you make meaningful progress. The broad range of therapeutic approaches offered at The Cottage means that the therapy you receive may vary from day to day to ensure your treatment is personalised and responsive to your needs.
Examples of the therapeutic approaches delivered at The Cottage include:

You'll also take part in other interventions, including:
- Relapse prevention planning to help outline aftercare treatment options, support group roles and what to do in the event of a relapse
- Problem solving to help you determine a plan of action for addressing various problems that may arise
- Psychoeducational workshops which offer valuable insight into
addiction, and how it influences behaviour
Every aspect of treatment at The Cottage is delivered on a dedicated one-to-one basis. Working closely with your primary therapist, you'll have the time and space to explore the underlying factors contributing to your addiction in a safe, confidential and supportive environment. This highly personalised approach allows therapy to progress at your own pace, with treatment tailored to your individual needs and goals.
There is also the opportunity to attend Priory Hospital Woking’s exceptional group therapy programme if you wish. Group sessions provide a supportive environment in which to share experiences, gain different perspectives and build connections with others also embarking on their recovery journey. Alternatively, if you wish to remain exclusively within The Cottage's private setting, your treatment can continue entirely through intensive one-to-one therapy, with every aspect of treatment being discreet, personalised, and delivered to the highest standard.
During your stay, should you wish to enhance your treatment experience, access to our trusted off-site facilities can be arranged. Seamless chauffeur transfers are provided, alongside established partnerships with a number of exclusive wellbeing experiences in the surrounding area. You can enjoy:
