About
Throughout my career as a psychologist, I’ve always believed that every individual needs a space. A space where we can talk without being judged, a space where we can share our perspectives and an atmosphere where your thoughts are respected. I would like to provide that space. It is the space where trust is built mutually between the patient and the therapist and I believe that therapy is the space where individuals can actualise their potential.
My approach
I use an eclectic approach as I believe that therapy is tailored to the individual’s needs. I draw techniques from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), interpersonal approaches, and existential/client centred therapy.
My areas of experience include anxiety (GAD and SAD), depression, borderline personality disorder, OCD, interpersonal issues, relationship issues, stress and self-harm. If there is anything that you would like to have a chat about, we can. It is a unique and beautiful journey that you would undertake.
Take that step and reach out.
