Antonia is an accredited psychotherapist who works with adults. She has a wealth of experience and a passion for improving the lives of those she works with. Antonia will draw on various therapeutic approaches to support your specific needs and goals.

Addressing difficulties such as depression, anxiety, panic disorder, managing emotions, phobias, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), obsessive compulsive personality disorder (OCPD), borderline personality disorder (BPD), low self-confidence, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, gender and identity concerns, eating disorders, difficulties with daily functioning, managing life changes, bereavement and loss, communication and relationship issues, work-related issues and addictions.

Training

Antonia attained an MSc level PGDip, at Greenwich University following on from her BSc Hons, at Portsmouth University.

Antonia integrates various therapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic and humanistic, person-centred, gestalt, transactional analysis, and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). Additionally, she completed an Advanced Diploma in CBT/REBT, at Regent’s University London, to ensure her clients receive the most up to date methods of using CBT. Antonia continues to expand her knowledge, undertaking training in schema therapy, and is now schema therapy certified with the International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST). Antonia is currently studying eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) with the distinguished Richman EMDR Training, in central London.
