About

I’m a holistic and integrative psychotherapist with an MSc in addiction psychology, and counselling. I also have a diploma in sex and love attachment-based therapy and a Masters diploma in understanding and treating eating disorders.

I work warmly and compassionately to support individuals to abstain from drugs or alcohol, overcome relationship problems including anxious and avoidant attachments, difficulties expressing wants and needs and communicating boundaries, childhood developmental experiences that resulted in feelings of abandonment or shame and trauma, and addiction within the family. I can also work with generalised anxiety and depression.

In my sessions I offer holistic approaches such as mindfulness, therapeutic exercises, attachment and trauma reduction strategies.
