  • MBACP

As an integrative therapist, I use several therapeutic modalities to inform my practice, including person-centred and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). I pay particular attention to evidence-based practice and value both the relationship I build, and the feedback I get from my patients. I have worked with mental health in various roles for just under a decade. This experience has helped shape my therapeutic practice and given me a wide range of experience and knowledge. I am passionate about my work, and I am always looking to develop my skills and practice through CPD.
