Jo is a registered mental health nurse who has worked in the field of eating disorders since 1995. She has worked in both the NHS and private sector in inpatient, day patient and outpatient settings.

Jo holds the National Centre For Eating Disorders (NCFED) master practitioner in eating disorders and obesity award. She has also trained with the Association for Psychological Therapies (APT) in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT).

Jo was part of the DBT team at Priory Hospital North London for over a year, co-facilitating DBT skills development groups.

Jo’s approach is integrative, applying a range of different approaches and techniques to suit your needs and preferred way of working.

Jo has worked at Priory since September 1995, with a 2-year break in the NHS.
