About

Joyce is a cognitive behavioural therapist and has also undertaken training in other integrative approaches. In her role at Priory, Joyce delivers therapy both in group and individual settings, with inpatients and outpatients. She works with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and trauma.

In life we can experience difficulties, and these can impact on how we see ourselves and it affects how we relate to ourselves and others. Joyce aims to offer a safe, empathic and non-judgemental space where as a client, you will feel heard. In this space Joyce will work together with you to identify the unhelpful thinking patterns and behaviours that can affect emotional wellbeing, and work together to gain a shared understanding of these. We can identify goals and work together collaboratively to toward these.

Joyce has worked at Priory since 2020 as a cognitive behavioural therapist and is an accredited member of BABCP.
