Some events in our life may leave us feeling overwhelmed and unable to cope. I understand how unsettling it could be to feel a lack of control over your own emotions and not to know where to start in your recovery. It can be hard to find a space where you can talk openly and without pressure.

The focus of my career to date has been in developing original, innovative therapies for clients. I provide a professional and confidential space where a person can feel welcomed; where your thoughts and feelings can be talked about without judgement or criticism.  I help to explore present difficulties, and influences from the past and present.

I have an extensive experience in CBT and integrative therapies. I use all my skills to help clients to achieve an understanding of themselves, their feelings, and how they relate to people and the world. My role as a practitioner is to assist people and help to them to uncover their personal growth.
